Having worked as the VA for a family lawyer, a Comms Specialist, a movie producer, a professional food photographer, and dozens of others, there is little that warms my heart as much as your excitement and appreciation over my job well done. FAQs

Is there a setup fee?

Nope! Unlike other VA agencies, you won’t be charged any one-time fees before we can work together.


Can I change my plan?

Of course! Upgrades or downgrades require 30 days written notice and depend upon availability.


What if I don’t use all my hours?

My goal is to never let that happen. With tons of experience running my own business, I am always on the lookout for things to do. While I’m not able to credit back or roll over unused hours, it’s rare that they occur. I’ll always be honest and transparent with you about workload to ensure you’re on the right plan and you get a report each month with a breakdown of how hours were used.


Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nope! Every plan is available on a month-to-month basis. You can purchase a six month or twelve month retainer for a discount, but this is optional.


How does billing work?

You’ll be invoiced on the 20th of each month for the following month (ex: You’ll be billed October 20 for work beginning November 1). Invoiced must be paid in full by the last day of the billing month for work to begin. Invoices paid by checking account have no fee associated. Invoices paid by credit card are subject to a 2.5% fee.


What time zone are you in?

CST! I strive to be available to my clients M-F from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST each week.


What happens if you take a day off or go on vacation?

I take all Federally approved holidays. Any additional days off (pending an emergency) will be communicated at least 4 weeks in advance. Regardless of holidays I take, all hours included in your plan will be fulfilled each month. 


Can I meet you before deciding if we should work together?
